According to the Italian Code of Legal Ethics (article 17.II.B), we inform that the sole responsible of any legal advice delivered to anyone who have contacted this law firm by this website or by e-mail is mr. Massimiliano Fiorin, registered lawyer to the bar of Bologna, born in Bologna on 8th of March, 1967.
The professional liability of mr. Massimiliano Fiorin and of any other lawyer of this law firm is covered by a professional indemnity insurance by Assitalia S.p.a., agency of Bologna, maximum liability € 516.456,90.
Every lawyer of this law firm is bound to respect the above mentioned Code of Legal Ethics, according to which on-line counselling to unidentified persons, or to persons who would not make possible to be found by the ordinary means (mail, phone, mail, etc.), will never be delivered in any case.
At the same time, free legal advice will never be given to anybody, and the Italian official fees for legal counselling will always be charged.
