Studio Legale Fiorin is based in the very inner centre of Bologna, inside the small old mansion called “Canton de’ Fiori” (see photo), that faces the central square “del Nettuno”, and corners the two main avenues of the town.

Our practising areas are civil litigation, commercial and company law, intellectual property and competition law, and we mainly provide legal services to enterprises operating both on Italian and international markets.

This law firm offers legal assistance also to individuals or to retail business, especially about intellectual property, real estates, property law, damage cases.

We are not strictly practising in family law, but some of our lawyers are involved in research programs and other legal issues about family affairs, and for this reason we decided to dedicate a frame of the website (in the Italian version) also to this matter.

As we are not concerned in criminal or administrative law affairs, we outsource them to experienced law firms in Bologna, which are linked to our by an intense partnership activity. Anyway, these law firms are the sole responsibles of such practices.

Our firm is expertised in negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts – Italian or international – and especially in negotiation about marketing, company merger and acquisitions, leasing, agency, franchising, distribution networks, company agreements and by-laws, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual properties.
Litigation area is concerning competition law, breaches of contract, credit recovery and bankruptcy, actions for damages.
