Graduated summa cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum, School of Law of the University of Bologna, in 1991.
Graduation thesis on Commercial Law.
Former collaborator to the chair of Commercial Law of the above mentioned University.
As a free-lance journalist, collaborated to "Corriere della Sera", "Europeo", "Agenzia Giornalistica Italia", working in their main offices in Milan.
He has desultory been working as a correspondent for daily papers "L'Indipendente" and "Italia Oggi", and he is still collaborating to many paper and web reviews.
Apprentice lawyer in 1993 with the Ferdinando Calda’s law firm in Bologna (expertised in civil law and real estate).
Registered lawyer from 1996 with the Bar of Bologna, no. 3608.
Licensed from the tax law post-graduate course “Antonio Berliri”, by the University of Bologna, in 1998-1999 season.
President in charge of Camera Civile di Bologna (Bologna's Civil Lawyers Chamber) for 2008-2009 and 2010-2011.
Former president of Camera dei Giovani Avvocati di Bologna (Bologna’s Young Lawyers Chamber) and former treasurer of the department of Bologna of Aiga - Associazione Italiana Giovani Avvocati (Italian Young Lawyers Association).
Married, three sons.
